Are college libraries burning their books

Have we not read Farenheit 451 ? okay well in the story they burn their books because they are told to?! honestly if colleges want to do the right thing for their students they should just call this a study hall. because trying to say A library is still a library without books is confusing as hell and makes no sense at all. i realize that this won't change things and the future is now. but at least we have people who are still building libraries with books, and I'm greatful for that..
