I saw a few 1911s at Reed's Indoor Range on Tuesday evening, but they do not have anything on consignment. Sportman's Supply has consignments. I am not sure about Kerley's and The Gun Exchange.

But, given that you're in San Francisco, I suggest City Arms in Pacifica. They have good prices (better than the ones in the San Jose area). If you mention that you work for Adobe, you will get a small discount. Be sure to speak with one of the owners, Dmitriy or Vladimir. They carry 1911s and have consignments. See:
