How do you know if your lawyer is lying

How do you know if your lawyer is lying?
1) He calls you instead of sending an email (no evidence as to the lie he told you).
2) He tells you he sent out the 'settlement offer' but does not forward you the actual copy of the settlement offer document.
3) He sends you bills of conferences but forgets to inform you why there was a conference or what was discussed.
4) You contact the opposing party and he states he never received any "settlement offer"

You know the Judge is also lying when:

1) You go down to the Broward Courthouse and pull the records at the courthouse regarding 7 or 8 of those 2-3 hour billed 'conferences' and the documents are all blank.
No mention as to what the Meeting was about or what was discussed between the lawyers and Judge. No copy of any 'settlement offer' in the file. My attorney charged me for attending a canceled meeting in which the opposing attorney did not show for, attending a meeting when no such meeting took place..

You know when the Florida Bar is LYING When:

You send them copy of emails from your attorney who states he sent a settlement offer.
Copies of all your emails and letters to your attorney asking for a copy of the offer sent, which you paid for. A copy of the email from the opposing party stating he received no offer but would like an offer. A copy of an email from your attorney stating the opposing party has denied all offers. A copy of the letter from opposing party demanding an offer be made. The Bar reads all evidence and closes the complaint with a notation that this is a billing matter and they don't deal with billing matters. The Florida Bar didn't think it was necessary to request a copy of the 'settlement offer' from the attorney to confirm was actually made.

You know when the Florida Courts are Blind to JUSTICE when an attorney sues YOU for breach of contract when He lies about the entire case. I submit all evidence emails, letters and billing from my attorney riddled with conflict from actual documents and letters the opposing party PROVING breach of contract. All my evidence is dismissed /stricken because it must be presented by an attorney. Freedom of Speech does not exist in a court of law.
