Just don't dare call it a choice, or you'll flunk their "Equality Index"
- www.hrc.org//documents/For_the_Bible_Tells_Me_So_Curriculum.pdf - According to this politically correct guide, everything you thought the Bible says against homosexuality is wrong, the Bible supposedly says nothing directly against homosexuality therefore it is ok, and furthermore the Bible absolutely celebrates homosexual love, and God is all inclusive, so become an activist fighting for LGBT acceptance of them as they are. How to celebrate the Bible as anything but literal.
- www.hrc.org/issues/workplace/cei_criteria.htm - More and more companies are being graded for a "Corporate Equality Index" by the "Human Rights Commission" hrc.org.
- What kind of equality do they care about? How about workers getting time off on Sabbath? Protecting Christians and Jews from discrimination by Muslim bosses? Directives that will bring families together? Guarding salaried workers from being overworked? Nope. This group seems strictly concerned about enforcing affirmation of LGBT choices in the business world, and enforced retrain of workers to celebrate LGBT choice. Notice that companies are graded on how well their benefits support necessary (actually entirely elective) medical options such as hysterectomies, hormone supplements, and other medical activities on the path to gender change, or in other words, your medical premiums will support their medical "needs" whether you agree with their lifestyle or not. Now you know why the Amish refuse conventional insurance, and instead families band together to support the collective medical care costs of their own group.
- They have a "Religion and Faith" section, which has nothing about protecting the religious beliefs of the Christians, Jews or anyone else, they are only worried that your religious beliefs affirm LGBT, no dissent is allowed
- Law firms leading the way to out-gender each other - link
- Clifford Chance, Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz and White & Case are among 64 law firms to receive a perfect score in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2009 Corporate Equality Index, writes the Am Law Daily.
- The total of 64 firms on this year's list is more than five times the 12 top-scoring firms to make the foundation's list in 2006, the first year law firms were invited to participate in the national survey.
- For its index, billed as "a report card on lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) equality in corporate America", the foundation looked at such criteria as non-discrimination policies, _ (they should work, no one wants them to sit around collecting welfare because 'Nobody will hire me' problems) _domestic-partner benefits (your insurance paying for sex reassignment as a necessary medical item) and (enforced) diversity training.
- Other companies like Barnes & Noble release press releases about this too: Barnes & Noble Earns Top Marks in 2009 Corporate Equality IndexSep
