Please read the following Consent to Electronic Communications and choose your response below.

CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

1. Categories of Communications. You understand and agree that Target National Bank, our assignees, or other holders of your credit account ("we" or "us") may provide to you by electronic means the following categories of information with respect to your REDcard Account (Target® Visa® Credit Card or Target Credit CardSM) ("Account") and the Manage My REDcard Service (the "Service"), which may include disclosures required by applicable federal or state law (collectively, "Communications"):

  • Any disclosures, notices or communications in connection with the Service;
  • Any disclosures, notices or communication in connection with your Account, including, for example, monthly billing statements, notice of changes to account terms and the Target National Bank privacy policy;
  • Any applicable terms and conditions relating to the Service.

2. Access to Information. You acknowledge that by agreeing to the Consent to Electronic Communications through the Target website, you demonstrate that you can access information that we would provide to you by posting electronic Communications on the Target website.

3. Stop Paper Statements. When you elect to stop receiving paper statements you agree to make your payments using the Manage My REDcard Service. If you don't use the Manage My REDcard Service, the crediting of payments may be delayed by up to five business days after receipt. The Manage My REDcard Terms and Conditions will be provided to you prior to your enrollment in the Service. You will not receive a paper version of your statement if you elect to stop receiving paper statements.

Paper inserts that would be included with a mailed, paper statement may not be available online. In this event, if an insert contains legally required disclosures, we will send you a paper copy of your statement to ensure that you receive the necessary disclosures. Statement inserts and other account information may be available in electronic form in the future.

As outlined below in "How to Update Your Records", you agree to promptly advise us of any changes to your electronic mail address or U.S. Postal address. If we send an e-mail notifying you of the availability of an online statement and it is returned to us, we may cancel your request to Stop Paper Statements and resume sending you paper statements in the mail. If this happens, you will need to submit an e-mail address change online and re-enroll in Stop Paper Statements in order for us to resume the suppression of your paper statements .

4. How to Withdraw Consent. Initially, you may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications by not submitting your online enrollment for the Service. However, you may not enroll online unless you consent to receive electronic Communications.

After enrolling, if you want to withdraw your consent to electronic Communications, Contact Us by e-mail at credit.services@target.com, or by writing to Target National Bank, c/o Target Credit Services, Mail Stop 2 C-T, P.O. Box 673, Minneapolis, MN 55440-9285, or by calling 1-800-394-1829, or by signing into the Manage My REDcard website from a personal computer, selecting Credit Services in the left navigation, select Contact Us from the left nav, and follow the steps provided. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your Consent to Electronic Communications. However, we reserve the right to restrict your use of the Service if you do not consent to receive electronic Communications. Any withdrawal of your Consent to Electronic Communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal request.

5. How to Update Your Records. You agree to promptly update your Account information if your U.S. Postal address, electronic mail address or other information changes by updating your Account information through the Manage My REDcard website (sign into Account Management, select Manage Contact Information from the left navigation, and then follow the steps provided), or by writing to us at Target National Bank c/o Target Credit Services, Mail Stop 2C-T, P.O. Box 673, Minneapolis, MN 55416-3400, or by calling us at 1-800-394-1829.

6. Hardware and Software Requirements. In order to access and retain electronic Communications, you must have:

  • a SSL-Enabled web browser such as Netscape 7.0 or greater, AOL 7.0 greater, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater;
  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) access;
  • minimum viewing resolution of 800x600;
  • a personal computer, operating system and telecommunications connections to the Internet capable of supporting the foregoing; and
  • sufficient electronic storage capacity on your hard drive or other data storage facility, or a printer that is capable of printing from your Internet browser and e-mail software.

7. Paper Copies of Communications. Upon your request we will provide you with paper copies of the Communications that we provide you electronically. Any fee for paper copies are as provided in your Credit Card Agreement.

8. Communications in Writing. All Communications in either electronic or paper format from us to you will be considered "in writing." You should print or download a copy of this Consent to Electronic Communication and any other electronic Communication that is important to you.

9.Electronic Signatures. You acknowledge that by clicking on an "I Accept," "I Agree" or similar button or link, you are indicating your intent to sign the relevant document or record and that this shall constitute your signature.

10. Federal Law. You acknowledge and agree that your consent to electronic Communications is being provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce that is subject to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, and that we both intend that the Act apply to the fullest extent possible to validate our ability to conduct business with you by electronic means.
