Google may be dropping supplemental results. Or they may just drop an obvious indivcation of whether a result comes from supplmental or regular index.

Google removing the supplemental tag because they feel people are spending too much time on it.
There is a problem of having traffic generating pages going supplemental, and now having no way to verify this problem. Also a mid level page going supplemental may cause deeper pages to go supplemental also.
Searching with phrases may be necessary to see supplementals. Supplementals may not be shown at all without phrases.
