Garnet takes a look at John Laird, whose banner add "Vote Democrat John Laird For State Senate Special Election August 17th" and claims "Endorsed by President Barack Obama"....

Your website is not very usable for the hearing imparred. For example the video of John's position on education, there is a video with no transcript, and there is no closed captioning.
How can an educator be so "deaf" to the needs of the hearing impaired community?
And why doesn't the Spanish community get a translation of the actual message in his video? Why are they only given a couple of short paragraphs?
Is this a reflection of how he feels about the Spanish speaking people in his district for whom English is not their first language?
And on the coastal issues, there is the claim that he authored legislation on a number of issues, but there are no specifics. What bills? Were they passed? Was he a primary author, or did he just contribute changes to the final version of these bills?
Why isn't he proud enough to list specifically the legislation he authored? And how come the page doesn't give any substantive information about his actual positions on Coastal Issues, instead of a generic "John will continue to be an important and passionate voice on coastal issues"
Why is Obama supporting someone who has such glaring omissions in their campaign website? Is it only because of the "D" behind John's name?
Just noticed this hilarious flash based ad about Meg Whitman, former CEO of eBay, who is running for some kind of political seat:
