Foreign diplomats in the U.S. get diplomatic immunity.
When they have children while in the U.S., those children have an automatic right to a birth certificate issued by the state in which they are born. This birth certificate seems to give them the status of U.S. Citizen.
Unfortunately, because of the diplomatic status of their parents, they also get diplomatic immunity.
This means they get to be citizens of the United States, and they can not be prosecuted for any crime here, they do not have to obey our laws!
