Hopefully the program is still simple enough that instructions aren't really necessary. But here goes....
Installation
Go to Download Web Site And Server Monitor for instructions about how to get Adobe AIR, and how to install this program.
Default set of websites
When you launch the program, it preloads a set of websites to check. From the list of websites to check, you can click the "Check" button, and the program will begin checking the websites in the order shown.

Editing the list of websites
The list of websites can be sorted by clicking on the header of the columns.
Monitoring
While monitoring, this view shows the websites as they are sequentially loaded. When the websites are not being monitored, this view can be used as a simple web browser.
Entering list of websites
Lets you add a whole list of urls in one operation. The urls should be entered one per line. A common group name may be given for all the urls.
Menu bar
File
New
Deletes the list of websites.
Open
Opens a list of websites to monitor. The last known status and time to read is loaded with each url.
Save
Saves the current list of websites to monitor. The most recent timing and status is saved with each website.
Edit
Add Entry
Adds a new entry to the bottom of the list of websites to check.
Delete
Add List
Lets you add a whole list of urls in one operation. The urls should be entered one per line. A common group name may be given for all the urls.
About
Shows the about box for the application. You can click "Yes" to go to the information wiki page for the Server Monitor program.
Context Menus
List of websites
The context menu can be accessed by right clicking, or control clicking, of the websites in the list.
Move up
Moves the current website up the list. If the list was being sorted, the sorting is turned off, but the sorted order of the website list is remembered. The right clicked item is then moved up.
Move down
Moves the current website down the list. If the list was being sorted, the sorting is turned off, but the sorted order of the website list is remembered. The right clicked item is then moved down.
