Ambiguity is the heart of philosophical debate at one moment and yet also the essence of liberal tact to keep moving absolutes and accountability farther from the normative. A virtual shell game. It is the engine that actually destroys original meaning, lumps words like love together with many meanings where vagueness is key to the new cultural concepts where the more Godless tone sets new connotations into play and pushes the other harsher words from even being used at all.
Perhaps ambiguity is born to hearts that would rather be comfortable or luved than be right or wrong.
Perhaps that is why we have parents that will not discipline their children and why those of us that are bit older have to move two - three times before church starts to get free enough of the noisy children of those parents who deal from a their feelings first perspective. I wonder what accountability God places on that parent who is the cause of the newcomer who could not only not hear.. but who won't be back because that parent wanted to protect their child's feelings rather than doing the right thing... again protecting their narcissistic little comfort zones.
But. No worry. We can shuffle some more meanings around to comfort our consciences. Or can we?
When are our hearts so hardened by ambiguity that the Truth's viability no longer has the power to penetrate. Is their a link between ambiguity and seared consciences?
