These people sell septic tank chemicals. They are particularly aggressive about calling their former customers over and over. They will continue calling even when told not to call anymore. Their salesmen even have the nerve to argue with you and claim they have the right to call you even if you tell them not to call anymore.

All of this is good, but I believe the only way we'll get these creeps to really change is to bring national media embarrasement upon them. I'm asking ABC news to investigate their practices and to do a story on them. Help me get ABC interested by contacting them and telling them your horror story.

- Says he doesn't know who Susan Mollardo is. Says that phone number was the Boca Raton office.

- "within the 10,000 - 15,000 office leads, we have to find the lead"
- "You will still get one more call guaranteed. Explain that you spoke with Eric, ask them to separate that lead."
- Comment: The TCPA doesn't give them the right to continue calling, or to take weeks or months to get around to stopping calling. Given the fact that I've already been asking them for months to discontinue calling, it is ridiculous that they justify in their own minds the idea that they can go ahead and continue to call.
