Victims of the September 2010 San Bruno fire are celebrating that now in May 2011, they are finally getting permits to rebuild their homes on their property.
What is wrong with this?
How ridiculous that the people harmed in this tragedy have to spend months begging the government for permission to rebuild >THEIR< properties.
