I am having the same problem. It seems the DVD does not have any titles, or the only title is title 0.   It just has a "play" button on the intro screen, there are no other jumps to specific places in the DVD.

There was a suggestion to upgrade to a beta version, but I ran into problems with that too:

  • My license ID ad password from 123 Copy DVD Gold 08 wouldn't work for this!  Am I out of luck?

In trying 123Movies2Portable for the first time today, I am having nothing but problems, not a single success. I am trying both the version I originally installed from disk, and the upgrade version, since they both seem to be on my machine still.

Here is another failing DVD:

    • Running v7.0.3.22 123CopyDVD Gold in eval mode, gets "Unable to open title: Unknowm Error Code 1"
    • Disk 2 also of Timtactics also fails to convert on all three versions of 123 Copy DVD Gold. 7.0.3.22 - "Unable to open title: Unknown error code 1" 6.0.0.4 123Movies2Portable - Unknown Error Code 1 5.0.2.9 123Mvies2Portable - The specified DVD path was invalid
    • Disk 3 of Timtactics fails in the same way as the others.
    • And so does disk 4, it fails with all three versions of Copy DVD Gold.
    • And every one of these plays just fine on Intervideo WindDVD for Vaio on the same computer. WinDVD Version 5.0 DXVA. So I know it is a not a problem with my hardware, and it is not a problem with the disks.
    • So that leaves only one conclusion.... SUNSPOTS! But it's night time.... Tides?
    • Yet another disk failing, Tim Fundamentals Disk 1.... All 6 of the disks I have tried have failed in the same way with all three versions of the software. And they all work with the WinDVD software.
    • Billy Madison appears like it might be working....
