The Poisons
To regain your health and to stay healthy you need to put as few toxic things into your body as you can. And that’s a challenge in today’s toxic world. Your health and longevity depends on you maintaining a full strength immune system, which is your body’s repair and maintenance department. When you eat, drink, breathe, or put poisons on your skin, your immune system immediately sends out the troops to fight the invader, and don goes your immune system during the battle.
